It’s official: we’re a certified Great Place to Work

When 6B started out, our goal was to build a new type of agency – as our Founder & CEO Paul Brown put it, “a place with purpose, where building people and products to unlock positive change is the priority.”

“People” was, and still is, the key word.

Since 2014, we’ve been able to amass a team of like-minded experts who live our core values that drive our business.

That’s why we’re extremely proud to announce that we’ve earned Great Place to Work Certification this week. It’s a culmination of our team’s hard work and proves that we’re fostering a culture that gets the best out of our team, and rewards them for their efforts.

With our clients and projects, we always question: “is there a better way?” – but this whole process has pushed us to expand our awareness as an employer too.

The Trust Index gave us invaluable, anonymous feedback into what we’re doing well and what we could improve, while the Culture Audit delivered an unbiased view of our company as a whole. It assessed our culture, programmes and practices, while establishing what makes us unique from our competitors.
