Project summary
As a progressive GP practice, the Clinicare team’s mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of the local population. Their group of practices was growing, but they had no system in place to enable collaboration, manage human resources, assurance and maintenance and IT – they had outgrown the legacy system they were using – and this was where 6B came in.
Our job was to develop a single platform to manage non-clinical processes across the various GP practice sites. We were tasked with building an infrastructure that would future-proof Clinicare’s position as a leading and progressive group and allow them to expand further, making the organisation more efficient and enhancing the health and care service delivery.
