Project Summary

Dyad supplies hospitals with image analysis and interpretation equipment that automatically detects and diagnoses conditions of the heart.

Dyad was undergoing an EMIS integration to help streamline internal processes, and ensure IT systems communicated with each other more effectively. The main objective of the integration was to speed up information flows for their hospital customers, and in turn reduce operational costs.

They had a team of in-house web developers, but they lacked the technical expertise to deal with some of the inevitable operational challenges that come with a large-scale integration. 6B were enlisted to provide consultancy services on an ad-hoc basis due to our wealth of experience in HealthTech integrations.
